CalWORKs provides temporary financial assistance to needy families while they seek employment and self-sufficiency.
Welfare-to-Work
Welfare-to-Work helps clients prepare for work and find a job. Case managers help to develop appropriate plans for each individual and to provide supportive services such as childcare, transportation, and counseling.
