Getting Started Accessing Services
Plumas County Behavioral Health now offers Open Access Clinics in our four major communities!
WHERE?
Quincy Annex- 270 County Hospital Rd, Quincy, 95971 MONDAY & WEDNESDAYS
Chester Wellness Center- 372 Main St, Chester, CA 96020 FRIDAYS
Portola Wellness Center- 280 E Sierra St, Portola, CA 96122 TUESDAYS
WHEN?
Access appointments are first-come, first-serve
Registration begins at 8:00 AM Intakes start at 8:30 AM
Must be signed in by 11:00 AM
Expect your initial visit to take 1-2 Hours
Once you have completed the initial intake appointment and determined to meet medical necessity you will be referred to Substance Use Disorder Staff to determine treatment level of care.
Substance Use Disorder Services Offered:
- Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30-11:30 - Outpatient Treatment
Tuesday and Friday 1:00-2:30
We also offer Perinatal Treatment and Treatment to Women with Dependent Children depending on the level of care met we may refer to our subcontracted Perinatal Residential Treatment Provider.
