Plumas County is the administrative lead for a five-county system of HIV care. The goal of the Mountain Counties HIV/AIDS programs is to make sure that a client will have access to available quality medical care and support services. Meeting this goal creates a system of care that best suits the needs of a client. Here are listed the comprehensive services our programs can provide:
