Social Services Implements Internet Applications and Voice Response System (PDF)
The Social Services Department has implemented new systems that make interacting with this Department much easier. The Department is accepting applications that are submitted entirely through a secure internet portal at the c4yourself website.
In addition, the Department has implemented an Interactive Voice Response or IVR system. Under this system applicants for or recipients of social services benefits call a toll free telephone line and enter their unique case identification number and unique PIN number to obtain automated updated information on the status of their application or their benefits.
