The Plumas County Probation Department is soliciting Proposals to contract for evidence-based services for adult individuals under the supervision and/or care of the Probation Department. As the primary alternative to incarceration, it is incumbent on the Probation Department to offer an array of services that contribute to increased public safety, a reduction in recidivism and effective rehabilitation of offenders.
