The Plumas County Strategic Plan Survey is the beginning of the strategic planning process to develop a Plumas County Organizational Mission Statement, Vision Statement, and List of Values. On June 30, 2025, during a Special Meeting, the Plumas County Board of Supervisors made the motion to work on a high-level organizational strategic plan to align with the current budget cycle with a plan presented at the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget. This is the first of its kind for Plumas County as an organization.
Now, Plumas County needs your input. Whether a current employee of Plumas County or a part-time resident, your voice matters in this process!
The survey can be found on the Plumas County website on the Board of Supervisors’ Strategic Planning page or here is the direct link: https://forms.office.com/r/RYKwJg5jvV. The survey will be open from August 13-31, 2025. Plumas County will also host 5 public meetings during the weeks of August 18th and August 25th to provide additional context however it will be the same survey linked in this press release.
