Plumas County Road Department is currently soliciting formal bids for contractors to provide equipment and operators to assist the Department in the event of manpower and equipment shortages during snow or storm damage events. Prices must be good until June 30, 2023. Performance of the proposed work shall start no earlier than January 1, 2023 and be completed no later than June 30, 2023.
