Plumas County Library also has several Plumas & Sierra County newspapers available on microfilm at the Quincy location. (Contact us in advance to check that the microfilm machines are working.) Plumas County Library, with permission from Feather River Publishing and help with the CA Digital Newspaper Collection and CA Revealed, is currently working on getting all microfilm digitized.  

The following databases are supported in part or whole by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered in California by the State Librarian: The NY Times and the CA Digital Newspaper Collection.

Plumas County Library is a member of the North State Cooperative Library System and NorthNet.
