Kiosk's

The Plumas County Jail Inmates have access to a touch-screen-based kiosk system. This kiosk system allows inmates to perform video visitations with family or friends outside of the facility. Inmates also have access to an Electronic Messaging system (email) through the kiosk, where they can send e-mails to any valid e-mail address.

Setting up a Video Visit:

• Use the following website link to begin setting up a video visitation
• Click on Start deposit
• Select state, then facility (Plumas)
• Select Schedule a Video Visitation
• Select inmates via their last name
• Select the amount of time to visit, schedule the date, and time of day for a visit
• Enter information and confirm the purchase

Inmate E-mail:

• Use the following website link to begin setting up a pre-paid email account
• Click on Start deposit
• Select state, then facility (Plumas)
• Select Electronic Messaging
• Select inmates via their last name
• Enter information and confirm the purchase
• Once funds have been placed in the inmate's accounts they will have access to send electronic messages to any valid email address
