Military and Overseas ballots for the June 2, 2026 Primary Election will be mailed April 3, 2026.
If you are a registered voter in Plumas County, but are currently in the military or living overseas, you are still entitled to vote. You will receive a Military and Overseas Ballot.

The Federal Postcard Application must be completed prior to every election to confirm your military or overseas status and ensure your ballot arrives to you on time.
You may choose whether you want your ballot and official return envelope mailed, faxed, or emailed to you.
Complete and return your ballot according to the instructions you receive based on how you elect to receive your ballot.
