Helping Hands – Holiday Assistance for Plumas County Families

For 44 years, the Plumas County Sheriff’s Employees Association (PCSEA), together with other countywide partners, has been dedicated to helping families in need right here in Plumas County.

Each year, thanks to the generosity of our community, the Helping Hands Program provides:

• Food and heating fuel for families during the winter

• Warm winter coats for children and adults

• Toys and holiday gifts for local kids

• Scholarships to graduating seniors—one from each major community in Plumas County

• Opportunities for children to participate in sports and activities they might not otherwise be able to enjoy

This holiday season, PCSEA is again partnering with the Eastern Plumas Angel Program and other local organizations to make sure families throughout our county receive a special gift of care.

PCSEA is longer accepting paper sign-up slips. Moving to an online form allows them to better track requests and ensures they receive all the necessary details to serve families effectively.
